How much does the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all orders above 50 EUR. If less, you should pay a fee of 3,50 EUR.
How long does the product collection process take after an order has been placed?
Our warehouse will collect your order in 2 business days after the payment has been received.

We offer shipping via OMNIVA service. The orders are delivered to one of the closest post machines to your delivery address.

Faulty Items & Returns
Do I have to pay for an exchange or return?
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange/return your item(s) once free of charge. In case you want to perform one of the actions again, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return value.
Can I exchange or return the item? How many days do I have for it?
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate an exchange or return.
- The Returned Products must not have been used, worn (except for the same ways allowed in a fitting room in a point of sale), washed, dirtied or damaged and must not show signs of use;
- When trying on the underwear, we ask you to observe the general hygiene rules and only try on underwear over your own underwear;
- Returned Products must be returned in the same conditions as you received them, complete with all attachments and labels. For example, products must be returned in their packaging, complete with cardboard and so on;
- If the items are used beyond what is necessary for testing or fitting, we reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value and return the goods to you. Any additional shipping costs for the return will also be charged to you.
- If a product shows signs of use or the 14-day return period has expired, the claim will not be accepted, except for defective products. Defective products are covered by a 2-year warranty period according to EU law (Directive 1999/44/EC).
- The processing of returns or complaints takes up to 7 business days.
I want to exchange/return the item. What are my steps?
Parcels can only be returned via Omniva parcel machines.
1. You can return/change the parcel through the FLIPO return platform, using the convenient Omniva parcel machine. To get a return sticker, go to the https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/parduotuves/aruelle-lt. After filling in the return information, you will receive a return sticker code, which you can print after entering it into the Omniva parcel machine. (The size of the return parcel should not be bigger than M size of OMNIVA standards: 38x64x19cm).
2. Please include the invoice with the returned items.
3. In case of a exchange/return, the Buyer shall comply with the following conditions: the buyer must pack the item(s) securely; the returned item(s) shall be placed in the original undamaged packaging; the item(s) shall not be damaged; the item(s) shall not be used and shall be undamaged; the item(s) shall be unused and have the same marketable appearance (labels); the returned item(s) must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it.

I have received a faulty item. What should I do?
We are really sorry if this happens! If you believe your item is faulty, please check the “faulty item” box at the Returns form.
If you wish to exchange faulty item, please contact us at shop@aruelle.lt with any images of the fault as well as a description of what the fault appears to be and we can begin the faulty item exchange process for you.
The processing of returns or complaints takes up to 7 business days.
How soon will I receive my money back?
Normally, we process the payments within 10 business days after the goods were received and inspected.
In what cases may the return be declined?
If the item is not faulty and is returned having clear signs of usage, we will not accept it. In that case, additional shipping fee will be applied if there is a wish to send the item back to you.
